Can I make a long term rent agreement?
All our apartments you can rent for a long term, it means for few months or a year. Of course we'll provide the best price and excellent service. Choose an apartment and contact us. We will give you a very good offer.
How to book the apartment?
Please fill in the request for apartment and on the same day you will get information if it's available and how to confirm the reservation.
Check in/check out time?
Check in is possible from 14.00 to 22.00. Check in after 22h is charged extra.
Check out is until 12.00 (late check out is possible upon request).
How do I get the keys upon arrival?
You can be met directly at the apartment on agreed time or request a pick up from Airport or Train/Bus Station (for extra charge).
What are cancellation terms?
  • No costs when cancelled at least 7 days before arrival
  • 50% of the costs when cancelled at least 3 days before arrival
  • 100% of the costs when cancelled at least 1 day or less before arrival, premature departure or belated arrival
Are towels and bed sheets included?
Yes, there are towels, bed sheets and soap in each apartment.
Are there apartments for smokers?
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all apartments.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are allowed on request for extra charge.
