House Rules For The Appartment

Please read carefully

For Yours and ours comfort we have established few apartment rules, that will help to take care if it together.

1. During check-in you will receive the keys and will not be disturbed for the remainder of your stay. Key drop off at the end of you visit can be done in two ways: (1) in person at the apartment, or (2) at the Old Market Apartments office (Didžioji str. 25-24). Loss of keys will be charged at 50 euro fixed fee.
2. Check-in time: 14:00 at the earliest. Please understand that this could vary according to client demand. Check-out time: 12:00 at the latest. Failure to adhere to this time may mean you being charged for extra occupancy or even a full day’s rental. We will always try to accommodate your needs, but please inform us about them.
3. Strictly no house parties are allowed! There are so many places in town where you can go to have fun, so you don't really need to stay in the apartment and disturb any other guests by partying. Please note that penalty for it is 100 EUR.
4. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building. If you feel you must smoke please do it outside. Do not leave rubbish or cigarette ends on the stairway. Please note that penalty for it is 100 euro.
5. For the safety of the apartment open flame is forbidden in the whole house – therefore no candles, no matches, no lighter. Penalty for it is 100 EUR.
6. When returning home in the early hours please respect that other people may already be sleeping.
7. Pets are not allowed unless this has been specifically agreed beforehand with the owner of the apartment.
8. Please keep apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you do require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact our office - we will arrange it.
